   I really love this ginger cube! It contains real bits of ginger inside — you can see the small pieces. After drinking it, I immediately feel warmth in my stomach, and that warmth spreads to my hands and feet. Now I drink it every morning. The lady from customer service advised me to drink it between 9–11 AM, so I’ll try to stick to that timing.

   During my period, this little ginger cube really helps reduce cramps. I drink 3 times a day — in the morning, at tea time, and before bed. It truly saves my day!

   我真的很喜欢这个姜母茶糖块！里面有真正的一粒粒姜粒，看得见、喝得到。每次喝完，我立刻感觉到肚子暖暖的，接着这股暖意会延伸到手和脚。现在我每天早上都会喝。客服小姐建议我在早上9点到11点之间喝，我会试着照着这个时间喝。

   来月经的时候，它真的有帮助缓解经痛。我一天喝三次：早上、下午茶时间和睡前。这姜母茶真的拯救了我的一天！
